“ScalersTalk口译进阶小组”的前身是“ScalersTalk交传小组”，该小组成立于2015年2月，目前已完成虐口译训练（《英语三级口译实务》教材篇章精练与复盘）、口译通关训练（《英语二级口译实务》教材篇章精练与复盘以及口译进阶训练（英汉同声传译入门、政府工作报告汉英视译、英汉语言刻意训练）。2017年1月1日，小组正式更名为“ScalersTalk口译进阶小组，专注高级阶段的交替传译与同声传译训练。我们针对英译汉开展融“交替传译”、“无稿同传”、“限时视译”于一体的模块训练，汉译英部分将通过“反向进英”练习夯实成员的语言基础并继续通过政府工作报告汉译英帮助成员积累背景知识和有关中国各方面发展的表达。

We need to ensure that continuous progress is made in raising living standards, and see that everyone shares in the fruits of development. Guided by the vision of people-centered development, we need to continue to strengthen points of weakness in meeting basic needs for the people in order to achieve common prosperity.
“持续增进民生福祉，使全体人民共享发展成果”解读：后一句是前一句的意义上的递进，也就是民生福祉增进后就要确保全体人民共享发展成果，译作“We need to ensure that continuous progress is made in raising living standards, and see that everyone shares in the fruits of development”。表示“保证”的表达有ensure（that），guarantee，make sure that，see to it that等。
“坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，努力补齐基本民生保障的短板，朝着共同富裕方向稳步前进”可解读为：“以人为中心”是指导思想，“补齐基本民生保障的短板”是具体措施，“共同富裕”是目标，译为“Guided by the vision of people-centered development, we need to continue to strengthen points of weakness in meeting basic needs for the people in order to achieve common prosperity.”
坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战，我国现行标准下的农村贫困人口实现脱贫，贫困县全部摘帽，解决区域性整体贫困。

“坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战，我国现行标准下的农村贫困人口实现脱贫”解读为：我们需要下定决心努力战胜贫困，（帮助）农村地区生活在贫困线下的人民脱贫，译为“win the war against the poverty, poverty and help lift out of poverty all rural residents falling below the current poverty line”。
“贫困县全部摘帽，解决区域性整体贫困”中的前句与后句表达的意思一致，只译其一即可。“摘帽”此处意为“脱贫、减贫”。本句译为“achieve poverty alleviation in all poor counties and areas.”
实施义务教育学校标准化、普及高中阶段教育、建设世界一流大学和一流学科等工程，劳动年龄人口平均受教育年限从10.23年提高到10.8年。
