写在前面的话

“ScalersTalk 口译进阶小组”的前身是“ScalersTalk 交传小组”，成立于 2015 年 2 月，现阶段，小组继续专注高级阶段的交替传译与同声传译训练，在巩固语言基本功的同时训练各类口译技能，从而为承担正式场合的口译打下坚实基础。

段落一

当然中国还是一个发展中国家，怎么样继续维持一个相对比较高的或是中国现在所讲的中高速的增长，这是需要多方努力的。但我个人觉得，中国保持这样一个中高速的或是政府在“十三五规划”里面所定的每年6.5%以上的这样的经济增长还是有条件的。因为中国作为一个中等发展中国家，产业升级的空间还很大。并且中国基础设施还有继续完善的空间，还有环境的改良以及城镇化，这都是经济增长相当重要的空间。

Nonetheless, China is still a developing country, how to maintain a relatively high, or as the Chinese government describes, a media-high rate, it requires efforts of multiple parties. However, personally I believe that it is still conditional for China to maintain this medium-high speed economic growth or the annual economic growth over 6.5% as laid down in the government’s “13th Five Year Plan”. Because, as a medium-developing country, China still has great space for industrial upgrade. Moreover, China’s infrastructure still has plenty of room for constant improvement. In addition, the improvement of the environment as well as urbanization provides considerably significant room for economic growth.

如果说6.5以上的增长目标能实现，到2020年的时候，不仅是中国政府在十八大提出的“全面建成小康社会”那当中所提的，在2020年的时候国内生产总值在2010年的基础上翻一番，以及城乡居民收入也是在2010年的基础上翻一番。2010年的时候，中国的人均GDP是4400，翻一番是8800。到2020年的时候，如果维持这样比较强劲的增长，中国的人民币应该从长期来看，还会继续升值。如果把升值的因素也考虑进去，到2020年，中国的人均GDP很可能达到12700美元。

If the growth goal of 6.5 percent can be achieved, by 2020, not only as mentioned in the 18th national congress of CPC that “to achieve moderately prosperous society”, in 2020, the GDP would be double of that in 2010, and the incomes of urban and rural residents would also be double of that in 2010. China’s GDP per capita was 4400 dollars in 2010, double of which would be 8800 dollars. By 2020, if the robust growth of economy could be sustained, the appreciation of RMB would be a long-term trend. If we take the currency appreciation into account, China’s per capita GDP would probably reach 12700 dollars by 2020.
