写在前面的话

“ScalersTalk 口译进阶小组”的前身是“ScalersTalk 交传小组”，成立于 2015 年 2 月，现阶段，小组继续专注高级阶段的交替传译与同声传译训练，在巩固语言基本功的同时训练各类口译技能，从而为承担正式场合的口译打下坚实基础。

本周复盘说明

第 180 周训练材料继续选用了两篇关于经济发展与体面的就业的演讲，小组成员利用该材料练习了交替传译和同声传译，并学习原文的词汇、表达和句型句式。设备建议：你需要电脑或手机播放音频、手机发送语音。本日志整理的是 UNDP CH MOOC Goal 8: Decent work and economic growth |的部分内容。

我想这将是中华民族伟大复兴的一个很重要的里程碑。经济的发展是技术不断创新，产业不断升级，让劳动生产力水平不断提高，同时在经济发展过程当中，也必须不断地完善各种硬的基础设施，软的制度环境来降低交易费用，提高经济效率。所以要实现这样一个目标，从总体来讲的话，就是中国怎么样利用现有的各种优势条件，一方面在旧的产业上面提高它的技术水平，提高它的附加价值，另一方面需找新的增长机会，推动新产业，新的高附加值的生产活动的出现。

Economy development lies in technology innovation, industry upgrade, and improvement of labor productivity, at the same time, in the process of economic development, the system of all kinds of infrastructure, and policy environment should also be constantly improved to reduce the transaction costs and increase economic efficiency. So to achieve such a goal, from the overall, is how we shall make full use of various of the existing advantages in China, on one hand, to raise the technology level of old industry, improve its added value, on the other hand, to look for new grown opportunities, promote new industries, encourage the emergence of new highly value-added production activities.
