“ScalersTalk 口译进阶小组” 的前身是 “ScalersTalk 交传小组”，成立于 2015 年 2 月，现阶段，小组继续专注高级阶段的交替传译与同声传译训练，在巩固语言基本功的同时训练各类口译技能，从而为承担正式场合的口译打下坚实基础。 96 周起，小组全面引入 CATTI 新版二口教材的训练，时间为每天晚上 8 点到 9 点，训练期间播放录音、记笔记，在空白处按暂停键后做口译，用 QQ 发群语音，然后对照文档，查找漏译和错译的部分，标出口译时较为困难的词汇和表达，随时发到群里；每天早上 6 点到 7 点训练复述。
第 145 周训练材料选自驻希腊大使邹肖力在“文明对话和奥林匹克理念”国际研讨会上的讲话。小组成员利用该材料练习了交替传译和限时视译，并学习原文的词汇、表达和句型句式。设备建议：你需要电脑或手机播放音频、手机发送语音。本日志整理的是第 145 周英文练习的内容。

The Olympic Games came into being in the holy city Olympia 2800 years ago. Today the Games enjoy tremendous popularity throughout the world. Besides, the Olympic values of excellence, equality, integrity and fairness are not confined to the sports themselves, but become an essential part of human civilization, which are precious spiritual treasure and cultural legacy Greece presents to the world. In today’s world, we are faced with both unprecedented opportunities and tremendous challenges including national barriers, conflicts, wars and poverty. I deeply appreciate the endeavor the Horizon Fund, together with the Olympic College in holding this international symposium entitled as “The Inter-civilizational Dialogues and Olympic Values” in the birthplace of the Old Olympic Movement.

当古奥林匹克运动在希腊土地上扎根繁衍的时候，中国也诞生了老子、孔子等一大批思想家。古代中华文明与古希腊文明交相辉映，共同孕育了古代丝绸之路，为东西方思想、艺术交流以及商品贸易和科技进步作出了杰出贡献。中希建交 43 年来，两国政府和人民始终相互尊重、平等相待，在困难时刻守望相助，共同促进不同文明间的对话和互学互鉴。
While the Olympic Movement started and flourished in Greece, a large number of great thinkers such as Lao Tzu and Confucius emerged in China. A blending of ancient Chinese civilization and ancient Greek civilization bred the Old Silk Road, along which the exchange of ideas and arts and commodities trade between the West and the East were advanced and scientific progress were achieved. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Greece 43 years ago, the two nations and peoples have developed their relations based on mutual respect and on an equal footing and helped each other in times of difficulties, thus promoting the dialogues between these two different civilizations and encouraging them to learn from each other.

文化交流一直是两国关系的重要内容。特别是近年来，中希文化交流在广度和深度上都达到了更高水平。双方先后举办了海洋合作论坛、旅游合作研讨会和文化产业合作研讨会，中国的媒体团、交响乐团、帆船队纷纷沿着陆上丝绸之路和海上丝绸之路来到希腊，展开了丰富多彩的活动。中国文化中心正在积极筹备之中，两国有关部门还在商讨开展水下考古合作，让古代海上丝绸之路重放光芒。可以说，中希关系是新时代不同文明对话和交流的生动写照，是对奥林匹克理念的弘扬光大，在中欧关系中发挥了积极的引领作用。
Cultural exchanges, essential to two nations’ relations all the time, have been deepened and broadened substantially in the recent years. Successive forums and symposiums have been held by two sides, such as China-Greece Marine Cooperation Forum, China-Greece Tourism Cooperation Symposium and Cultural Industry Cooperation Symposium and a diversity of Chinese cultural and sports activities have staged when China’s Media, Orchestra and Sailing group came all the way along the Land Silk Road and Maritime Silk Road to Greece. The two nations are making efforts to recover the glory of the Old Silk Road with Chinese Culture Center currently in full preparation and maritime archeological cooperation under discussion between two sides. So to speak, vividly exemplifying the dialogues and interactions between different civilizations in the new era, China and Greece have developed their relations in the spirit of the Olympics and played a leading role in enhancing China-Europe relations.

希腊处于陆上和海上丝绸之路的交汇处，是中欧经贸往来和文化交流的天然门户。 2022 年中国的北京市和张家口市将共同主办冬季奥林匹克运会，届时取自奥林匹亚的圣火再次在中国点燃，吸引世界各国运动员和观众的目光，令全球仰慕。“一带一路”构想和 2022 年冬奥会给予中国和希腊实现共同振兴的历史性机遇，赋予奥林匹克理念新的内涵和活力。
Located at the converging point of both the land Silk Road and the maritime Silk Road, Greece is the natural gateway to China-Europe trade and cultural exchanges. The Winter Olympics to be held jointly by Beijing and Zhangjiakou in 2022, during which the Holy Flame on Mount Olympia will be rekindled in China, are sure to attract the attention and admiration of the athletes and audience throughout the world. The Belt and Road Initiatives and 2022 Winter Olympia will provide China and Greece with a historical opportunity to be revitalized together and inject new vitality and ideas into the spirit of Olympicism.
