In 2019, power dressing will take on a whole new meaning, when this strange-looking clothing hits the market. Not so much high fashion as high tech, it’s a suit with built-in power that will literally get people moving.
解析
take on: to begin to have a particular quality, appearance, etc.
high fashion = high style: the latest in trendsetting fashion or design, usually intended for or adopted by an exclusive clientele

With the global population of over 60’s expected to more than double by 2050, and retirement age increasing, there’s no shortage of potential markets. In Japan, the average age of a construction worker is 48, so there’s lots of demand for the labor workforce. But, don’t expect the suits to ease the burden on aching limbs and overstretched health services any time soon. As these suits don’t come cheap. According to the manufacturer, they’ll retail for around the cost of a bespoke tailored suit.
there’s no shortage of potential markets = there’s lots of demand for
don’t expect … any time soon
... don’t come cheap ……
overstretched: not having enough money, people, equipment, etc

bespoke: made specially, according to the needs of an individual customer; tailored: describes a piece of clothing that is shaped to fit a person's body closely; a bespoke suit 一套定做的衣服; a bespoke tailor 做定做衣服的裁缝
段落三
The world will boast two new state-of-the-art mega-hub airports, and competition between them will drive down the cost of flying. Daxing Airport, outside Beijing, is due to open in 2019, and will feed growing demand for air travel in China. Over the next 20 years, the number of Chinese air passengers is set to triple.
解析
boast: to possess (sth to be proud of) 有(引以为荣的事物)
state-of-the-art: using the most modern and recently developed methods, materials, or knowledge

But the low fares offered by competition between these hubs could be short-lived. In a few years, many airlines will begin offsetting their carbon, with the costs potentially passed down to passengers. You could describe 2019, perhaps, as being the year to fly, because who knows what’s gonna happen to airfares when the airlines actually have to start paying to offset their emissions.
解析
short-lived: existing or happening for only a short time 短命的;短暂的;一时的
offset: to balance one influence against an opposing influence, so that there is no great difference as a result A carbon offset is a reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gases made in order to compensate for emissions made elsewhere.
pass down to: to give or teach sth to your children or people younger than you, who will then give or teach it to those who live after them, and so on 传递给
airfare: the price of a journey by plane
