“定向施策，聚焦靶心，精准发力”一句，英文只用了“take targeted steps to do”就解决了，所以翻译时要注意把握原文含义，不要字对字处理。
“向促改革要动力，向调结构要助力，向惠民生要潜力”，汉语喜用排比，增强气势，起强调作用，英文译出原意即可，不必受原文结构束缚，另译文还需将“development”补译出来。

Those items might include treats for a holiday that happened last week, a ripped box of cornflakes, plain white rice mislabeled as basmati, or anything nearing its expiration date. In other words, perfectly edible items that are nonetheless considered unfit for sale by the retailers and manufacturers who donate them.

“大道至简，有权不可任性”这句话去年结结实实火了一把，英语表达我们也得知道才行。
“建立……机制”译文处理为“adopt effective ways to”，“给企业松绑”译文处理为“create an enabling environment for enterprises”，都没有完全按照字面来翻译，在理解准确的基础上将原意译出即可。
